Legal notices

Website publisher

Christian Neuenschwander

Publication director: Christian Neuenschwander.

The site is published in a personal capacity and does not, to date, pursue any commercial activity. In this respect, and in accordance with Article 6-III-2 of the French Trust in the Digital Economy Act, the publisher's full contact details are not published here: they are held by the web host, which may disclose them to judicial authorities.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Genève), Suisse — infomaniak.com.

Intellectual property

The texts of the entries are written for this site. The illustrative visuals are produced by image generation and depict neither a photographed location nor a photographed product: they are atmospheric images, never documentary records.

The protected designations — PDO (AOP), AOC, PGI (IGP), TSG (STG), Label Rouge, Agriculture biologique — as well as the names of appellations and products mentioned belong to their respective holders. They are mentioned for informational purposes, with no link to or agreement with the bodies that manage them.

Producer and business data

The site publishes information relating to businesses: company name, commune, establishment address, contact details, SIREN number, website. This data comes from public sources — INSEE's Sirene database, official websites of producers and defence and management bodies, public establishment records — and from consulting the websites of the parties concerned.

Right to object and right of rectification. Any individual concerned may request the correction or removal of information relating to them, via the contact form. A removal request is applied unconditionally and without delay: the entry ceases to be published. A correction request is verified and then applied.

Data you send us

The contact form collects the information you enter — name, email address, message — for the sole purpose of handling your request. It is sent by email to the publisher and is neither resold, nor transferred, nor used to send you unsolicited messages.

You can request its deletion at any time via the contact form.

Audience measurement and cookies

This site measures its traffic with Matomo, installed with the same web host as the site: no visitor data is sent to a third party.

No cookies are set and your IP address is anonymised before being recorded — which exempts this site from requiring a consent banner, under the conditions set out by the CNIL. Detailed visit data is deleted after thirteen months.

You can opt out of this tracking from this page. If your browser requests not to be tracked, this preference is respected.

Fonts and the mapping library are served from this site, and not from a third-party service: viewing a page does not send your IP address to anyone other than the web host.

The links to external sources at the bottom of an entry remain links: they are only followed if you click on them.
